School of Pharmacy strives to build a professional group (pharmacy, Chinese pharmacy). The school currently has more than 1,700 students, and has recruited 17 full-time international students. The faculty of the school is strong and it has built a teaching team that combines professional and part-time jobs with optimized structure. There are 30 full-time teachers including 11 doctors, teachers with overseas experience more than half and more than 40 part-time teachers outside the school. School of Pharmacy has successively won the first prize of the National Informatization Teaching Design Competition, the second prize of the Jiangsu Informatization Competition, and the second prize of the Micro-Class Competition, etc., and presided over nearly 10 national, provincial and municipal scientific research projects. Teachers in School of Pharmacy has guided students in skill competitions, innovation and entrepreneurship projects and career planning competitions to win a number of provincial and above awards. In 2016, it was rated as an Advanced Collective for Education Work in Jiangsu Province. Since its establishment in 2012, School of Pharmacy has been among the best in the school's year-end assessment.

School of Pharmacy currently has 15 professional experimental training rooms such as Traditional Chinese Pharmacy, Western Pharmacy, GMP training workshop, Pharmaceutical Preparations, etc., as well as 2 provincial training platforms. It is a national vocational skill appraisal base for unique types of traditional Chinese medicine, which fully meets the needs of students' skills training, innovation and entrepreneurship development. At the same time, it has in-depth cooperation with well-known enterprises such as Jiangsu Tasly Diyi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Yangzijiang Pharmaceutical Group, and Common People Pharmacy, and has built 38 off-campus internship employment bases.
